Özet: The purpose of the study is economically rationale for the use of renewable energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan and give suggestions to develop a model release and circulation of new financial instruments "green" certificates. Analysing and exploring the world and Kazakhstani experience of securities issue for economic incentives to reduce emissions and the introduction of renewable energy sources. As a result of conducted research work proposals to develop a model release and circulation of new financial instruments on the stock market of Kazakhstan will be justified; as well as economic and environmental factors of renewable energy sources in the Republic of Kazakhstan will be defined. Conclusions and recommendations, economic, financial, social and environmental priorities and benefits of new financial instruments in Kazakhstan have been defined.
