Developing mobile application for self-monitoring of diabetic pediatric patients

Özet: In recent years, video games and online mobile applications are used continuously for entertaining and educational purpose by users. Educational software covers by online mobile application and games which are popular among early learners. Owing to using this application via mobile devices, they can be accessed regardless the time and place, that means, education becomes a continuous process. In this study, educational game application was designed with gamification framework in ubiquitous environment. By gamification, user contribution and experience are improved in non-game application. No one gains the game or there is not real conclusion. Non-game applications allow user for self-expression. It was aimed to give support to pediatric diabetic patients’ quality of life.
