Özet: The purpose of the present study has been to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and organizational commitment. The method used here is of a correlation type. Population consists of 300 office workers of Zahedan Department of Education, from which, based on Morgan model, 170 were selected using a class-random method. Steers and Porter's (1991) questionnaires of cultural intelligence and organizational commitment were used in this research. Reliability of these two questionnaires was assessed to be 87% and 71%, respectively. The obtained data were then analyzed using statistical tools such as the mean, Pearson Correlation, Independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and regression. The obtained results are as follows: There is a significant positive relationship between cultural intelligence and its different dimensions and organizational commitment of the workers. It was shown through step-by-step regression that among the four dimensions of cultural intelligence knowledge was the strongest predictor of organizational commitment.
