Changing roles of teachers in the context of communication: A pedeutological perspective

Özet: The article considers three components. First there is a pedeutological perspective, main approaches. The general tendency is put on a constructivist perception of a becoming teacher. Especially a dynamic view is recognized as a proper to study a teacher’s background and give a self-reflections basing on the whole experience and interactions with other people and institutions. Second element derives an inspiration from the conception of multiplied competences which shape a predestination to join many teachers’ roles which are described and perceived in the category of challenge for teachers. And third one is a case of Erasmus Programme which is analysed as an example of international and multi-dimensional platform to cultivate and develop capacities rooted in kinds of intelligences. The communicational importance is also emphasized and valuable in the context of becoming teacher because assumes changing teacher’s roles. The idea of university, school as well is changing in the perspective of knowledge society so requires flexible and very well-prepared teachers who have not only hard skills but soft too.
