Özet: The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of computer-supported collaborative learning (CSCL) strategy on students’ maths learning. For this purpose, a computer-supported material was designed and applied to 8 seventh grade students studying in a primary school. These students were selected from a 28-student class by asking their maths teacher’s opinions and were divided into two groups each of which consisting of four students. Data were gathered from audio and video recordings of students’ interactions and researchers’ observation records. Evidence was found that CSCL strategy contributed to having an instruction which was entertaining and meaningful, to remedying misconceptions, and to increasing students’ attendance to the instructions.
