Özet: This research has study proteomical changes under vernalization cold. Leaf total protein extraction was carried out using IPG. The gels were analyzed by Progenesis SameSpots software vers. 2.0.For each non-aligned extract, one comparison set of series produced for the protein patterns from 4 replicate which allows spot matching among multiple gels. Spot quantities of all gels were normalized to remove non expression–related variations in spot intensity. Proteins that showed changes in expression were identified by mass spectrometry using MS/QTOF. Ferredoxin-NADP+ reductase (FNR) and ATP synthase beta subunit were two of the important proteins that showed the significant difference between two temperature treatments. FNR is one of enzymes in family of oxidoreductase, which play 2 roles in iron-sulphur proteins; one: as donor with NAD+ , two: NADP+ as acceptor. This enzyme contributes in Photosynthesis. Each three types of this enzyme are diminished ferredoxin NADP+ and H+ whereas its two products are oxidized ferredoxin and NADPH. During oxidative phosphorylation, ATP synthase catalyzes ATP synthesis in internal membrane , by using an electrochemical gradient of protons.. ATP synthase is combined of two multiplex subunits. The catalytic part of mitochondrial ATP synthase include of 5 variant subunits (alpha, beta, gamma, delta, and epsilon) collected with a stoichiometry of 3 alpha, 3 beta and one individual delegate of the other three
