Özet: This research has study proteomical changes under vernalization cold. Leaf total protein extraction was carried out using IPG. The gels were analyzed by Progenesis SameSpots software vers. 2.0. A match set was created from the protein patterns of four replicate gels for each independent extract which allows spot matching among multiple gels. Glutamine synthetase leaf isozyme and putative transketolase 1 were two of the important proteins that showed the significant difference between two temperature treatments. In animals and the Calvin cycle of photosynthesis in plant, Transketolase is one of enzymes involved in pentose phosphate pathway which catalyzes 2 main reactions, which prompt in contrast directions in these two pathways. In the metabolism of nitrogen, Glutamine synthetase is one enzyme that plays a main role in this pathway which catalyzing the concentration of ammonia and glutamate to form glutamine. Glutamine Synthetase uses ammonia created by amino acid degradation, nitrate reduction and photorespiration. One nitrogen source for the synthesis of glutamine pathway metabolites is amidst group of glutamate.
