Özet: Control systems and evaluation performance are the procedures and information-based official affairs that managers use for preservation or reformation of organizational activity models. This definition is including 4 modes: 1-the transmission of information 2-shows the procedures and official affairs 3-only used by managers with the definition 4- use control systems and performance evaluation for managers. In this paper control concept and duties of managers in evaluating performance are discussed.
