Özet: The Malmquist productivity index can be decomposed in two components: one measures the technical change and other measures the frontier shift. In the current study, we propose an extension to the DEA-based Malmquist by further analyzing these two Malmquist components. We use Russell measure model to obtain more accurate measurements.
