Özet: In the business environment that is more competitive and complicated days after days (especially in organizations) produce a huge set of information, so managers use them for planning that is preferred to other management duties. But planning without organizing and proper individual choice for activities, plans and also not controlling the performance are useless issues. Organizations having ideal performance need to have the measurement and control systems of performance so that they can reach the highest level of available performance.
