Özet:   In context of cross-border education, innovations in information and communication technologies (ICT) are providing alternative ways to deliver higher education that can be useful and important for addressing key issues and improving education system of developing countries such as Kazakhstan. We then aim to discuss specific issues on ICT use for cross-border (supply of) import education so that we can provide useful recommendations for Kazakhstan case. Literature review and analysis of secondary information from publicly available data on import education and cross-border education, as well as Kazakhstan case will be provided. As a result of our review and analysis, significance and benefits of ICT use for cross-border import education in Kazakhstan will be underlined. Not only general recommendations, but also specific opportunity-risk analysis for technology-enhanced cross-border import education for Kazakhstan and other countries will be provided.
