Özet:     The main purpose of this paper is to present an application of GIS in the field of veterinary. In this regard, we use GIS to investigate, diagnose, surveillance, analyze and evaluate of disappearing program and control the particular diseases. Using this system, we are able to diagnose threatened animals and determine the route thorough which possibly ill animals have passed and have threatened the other healthy ones. This paper is devoted to an application of GIS in veterinary in the Birjand city, located in the East part of Iran. The results were all satisfactory and are used for future plans in the field of veterinary in the same location, Birjand.
