Özet:   The use of tacit knowledge is inevitable during any software development activity. This knowledge is very important during requirements analysis phase which can determine the project success. A valid measurement must be performed to measure to what extent knowledge of requirement analysis lessons are acquired by students using the problem based learning (PBL) approach. Thus, this paper discusses requirement analysis knowledge level that was measured based on three factors: learning, thinking, and decision making skills amongst Software Engineering (SE)majoring students who utilizes learning management system (LMS) as a medium during learning activities. To measure the requirements analysis knowledge level amongst students, a questionnaire was developed based on the SECI (Socialization, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization) model which focuses on the Internalization process. 124 students from year 2 participated in this study. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) that enables simultaneous analysis of all the factors investigated. Results shows that students’ knowledge level acquired during requirement analysis lessons are significant. By knowing knowledge level amongst the SE students, lecturers can help improve the level of students’ knowledge of software engineering.
