Özet:   This paper presents a Romanian good practice example for creating a regional network between the academic and pre-university educational levels, with the view to organize an innovative training program dedicated to the in-service teachers from all pre-university levels and areas. The partnership network has been created within the European funded on-going project POSDRU/19/1.3/37002 entitled briefly “EDUTIC”. The Project is developed within 18 months and aims to improve the overall skills of the in-service teachers, by the acquisition of the competences which directly integrate ICT in the educational process. The “EDUTIC” training program was composed by three different modules with duration of 89 hours each, and it was designed on a blended-learning basis that combines the face-to-face activities with distance learning, by accessing the Moodle-EDUTIC e-learning platform. As a consequence of the training process, the teachers who achieved the course are able to use and integrate ICT in their classroom. In this way, at this moment, an important number of classes include activities assisted by computers in about 200 schools. The analysis of the results obtained after the finishing of the training program and teachers’ evaluation, interpretation of different teachers’ opinions issued after the implementation of EDUTIC program, and the main project best practices, are also presented in the paper.
