Özet: Investigating the internal and external factors on the performance of an organization is a key factor in any organization.  Recognition of environmental factors and investigating the extent of their effectiveness is definitely one of the management priorities. In this paper, from among environmental factors, organizational force groups were selected to be examined. Organizational pressure groups are groups that are powerful and influence different processes inside the organization. A research was run on men and women who worked in Tuyserkan education department and in each different departmental division educational performance was examined separately which will be discussed in this paper.
