Özet: This paper attempts to indicate what are the effective factors of correct evaluation of Hamedan Education department teachers. Considering the importance and necessity of evaluation in professional and occupational circumstances on one side, and also the needs of the organization to recognize the weak and strong points of the staff and the impact of that evaluation on the actual performance of the staff on the other side, the evaluation of the work force is the most efficient way of managing the staffs. Most scholars believe correct evaluation leads to the recognition of weak and strong points of the staff and encourages them to remove those weak points and also leads to the appreciation of the strong point of the staffs. In this regard, the researcher examined the impact of three factors on evaluation of the performance of teachers of Hamedan Education department. These factors are: 1. Evaluators' field of knowledge 2. Evaluators' year of service 3. Evaluators' individual characteristics and personality.
