Özet: The aim of this research is investigating the connection between organizational learning and using communication and information technology in Kurdistan University. Research statistical community is the members of scientific mission of this university that 100 people selected by simple coincidence method as statistical instances. In order to collecting data, two close answer questionnaire were used. To analyze data, descriptive statistics methods and inferential statistics were used like Khidu tests and Spirman dependence. Results indicate that with 95% assurance, there is a meaningful relation between organizational learning and using communication and information technologies in university and also there is positive and direct dependence between two variables.
