Özet: As the significance of Internet and mobile technologies increases in daily life, the municipal services are also continuing to be integrated into web-based and mobile platforms, which are usually called by the terms "e-municipality" and "m-municipality" applications. These kinds of applications are, generally, designed for the direct relation between citizens and the municipality for tax collection/payment transactions and declaration processes. On the other hand, mobile applications can be applied on internal call-center cycle processes related with mobile employees of municipality to respond rapidly to the demands and increase the satisfaction of citizens, indirectly. Recent researches and application in Basaksehir municipality showed that working with mobile devices running specific software to communicate with call-center application, decreases the response time to demands, and gives possibility to monitor and control the mobile employees efficiently.
