Özet: One of the cases, enumerated in different countries as an essential axis in deteriorating remote training, is the weakness of communication and transmission network. However, power transition network  in Iran is equipped with optical fiber in order to transfer technical information and cover approximately all over the country (all cities and more than 98.4% of villages with more than 20 houses). So, in this article it is suggested that by allotting several strings of optical fiber to training and also by allotting some places in villages like group classes which are equipped with training aid systems, it is possible to provide remote training in villages in near future.
