Özet: All human inventions and  innovations of the most basic tool in the most primitive ages to  the sophisticated and  most complex electronic and  mechanical  equipment at present time is influenced by the eagerness to reach to more productivity. Productivity is a general and comprehensive concept that it’s increasing as a necessity, to promote living standards, greater prosperity, peace and human welfare, is the basic goal for all countries and always considered by politicians and economist and governors. And  the  most  important factor  in  increasing or  decreasing  productivity  of  an  organization ,  is  the  quality of the organization’s  human  resources.
