Özet: Background: Behaviour in figurative training is the prevention from appearance of different immoral pieces of evidence in figurative training environments. It is essential to gather moral responsibilities of figurative training organizations in front of its rights and rights of others because of the free flow and broadness of electronic communication areas.Work Method: In addition to drawing the exact meaning of behaviour in the areas of psychological knowledge and figurative training and complete investigation toward determining exterior and interior borders of organization by approaching the ideals, values and commitments of organizations, this article makes a meaning for the behaviour of figurative training. In order to gather full moral codes in the behaviour of figurative training, this meaning-making is required for expressing organization responsibilities in front of immoral behaviours. Without making this meaning, coding moral affairs in figurative training area is deficient. So, moral responsibilities of organization in front of interior environments (managers, counsellors, masters, staff and …) and exterior environments (publishers, deciders, parents and educators, government and …) and relational moral patterns based on observing other rights define the behaviour of figurative training.Results: This article tries to discuss the meaning for behaviour of figurative training and, in addition to emphasizing its necessity and would provide making meaning-in this area.
