Özet: This article explains the features of organizational learning that is being studied during the time by many scientists.As for the description of an issue like organization learning & learning organization, it needs to be discussed about titles like Capability, Dynamic capability, Learning and subsequently the Learning capability & finally the description of organization learning. Generally, the discussion about the concept of organization learning.& learning organization is referred to 1900 AD; when the subject of educating other employees was raised, up. In this context ,some scientists after studding and classifying more than 150 articles, stated that to define the organization learning., 3 paradigm’s used:1) Demography   2) Social actions   3) Conclusion Eventually it should be mentioned that despite many researches in related fields, there’s no general agreement about the conception, description & the organization learning theories yet. Being multidisciplinary organization learning & using it in different fields and finally being multilevel can be mentioned as the reason.
