Özet:     In this paper we present the problem of TCP’s (Transmission Control Protocol) performance decrease over Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANETs) That caused by the nature of these networks; because TCP basically designs for wired networks and many assumptions in wireless networks are not considered in TCP’s implementation. We present a cross layering approach for improving TCP in Mobile Ad hoc Networks. It uses a three layers cooperation to achieve of providing good performance for TCP in MANETs. We also introduce a Supervisor layer to establish and manage relations between the layers; it can access to all three layers and share some information among them.
