Özet: The Virtual organization covers vast areas of economic and Non-economic activities. Electronic business, including Telework, small andmediumindustriestoa virtuallarge business network, will bein the area ofeconomicactivities. On the other hand, virtual organizations in other sectors, especially the cooperation between scientific institutions, groups and non-profit organizations are widely used. In the other hand; a virtual organization is a collection of geographically distributed, functionally and/or culturally diverse entities that are linked by electronic forms of communication and rely on lateral, dynamic relationships for coordination. The virtual organization is often described as one that is replete with external ties, managed via teams that are assembled and disassembled according to need, and consisting of employees who are physically dispersed from one another.
