Özet: The paper deals with the process of interchanging the paradigm of philosophy of consciousness with the paradigm of communication with regard to educational process. In full communication cognitive, value, emotional and “action” dimensions blend together. Communication is focused on understanding, which means intersubjectively shared text. The text also focuses on themes closely related to the use of e-learning; content and correlation aspects of communication, communication in digital and analogue forms, symmetrical and complementary structuring of communication processes and opportunities of personalized communication through adequate use of ICT. A part of the paper is concerned with partial empirical results of research, which affect the communication potential of virtual study environment. The article analyses 216 papers on this topic, which were written between 2005 and 2011. Based on the frequency analysis of the motives in students´ papers, the article focuses on dominant positive motives together with the survey of dominant and other incentive negative motives, which we should be concerned about. The article also deals with the authentic statements of students and is concluded with reflections on the necessity of promoting the paradigm of communication, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity.
