Özet:     In educational systems, alarming growth of unethical use IT has been causes many problems in education. Internet has been causes unethical behaviors in the educational environment and   there for has been provided one of the major concerns of educational systems. The aim of this study is investigating the factors influencing to unethical usage intention of IT among students of Payam-e- Noor University.Research methodology of this study is a correlation study. Sample of this research includes 230  payam-e- noor university students. The attitude and intention unethical use questionnaires are of Peace et al (2003), subjective norm questionnaire of Sulakshana Sen (2005), Computer self efficacy questionnaire of  Penn (2003) and perceived behavior control questionnaire of  Taylor(1995) were used.Results showed that attitude to unethical use of IT has significant correlation with intention to unethical use IT. The findings reveal that Unethical use of IT is determined by various factors such as ethical attitude, Subjective norms, computer self efficacy and perceived behavioral control. Results also showed there is significant difference between student genders in intention to unethical use IT.unethical use of IT in academic environment is determined by different factors that IT integration in higher education and wise utilization of it  by students and success in this field , will not be possible without considering factors that affect  student `s attitude toward  ethical using of  IT.
