Özet:   Education institutes and organizations adopt e-learning system to assist in their instruction activities and utilize the information to improve higher education. The aim of present research is investigating factors associated with accepting and using information and communication technology among Faculty Members of PNU. Research methodology of this study is a correlation study. Participants were 162 Faculty Members of PNU. For assessing the research variables the participants completed the following instruments. Self-efficacy Instruction (Wolters & Daugherty, 2007), System Functionality and Usability (Madsen, 2006), Attitude (Lee, 2003), Intention to use Technology (Park, 2004), Perceived usefulness of technology and Perceived ease of use (Gefen, & Straub, 2000). Results showed that: a) Perceived ease of use was the strongest significant predictor for intention to use the technology and attitude to technology. b) Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness had a direct effect on intention to use the technology and attitude to technology. c) Self-efficacy for instruction had a direct effect on perceived usefulness and had an indirect effect on intention to use the technology. d) System functionality and usability had a direct effect on intention to use the technology and perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. For enhance the e-learning system in Universities; it is useful to create the positive attitude and intention to use of technology for faculty members.
