Özet:   The following paper investigates the sub-structure of cell phone learning and its obstacles in Iran. It surveys the opinions of university teachers and telecommunication managers about the challenges of cell phone learning in Hamedan, Iran. A researcher-made questionnaire is used to ask about the opinions. Findings of the study show that the main argument about cell phone learning challenges in Iran are: requirement for skilful authors, loss of F2F interaction in education, unfamiliarity of the learners with this method, some geographical limitations and unsuitability of the method for teaching children. In conclusions, there are some hardware obstacles for using cell phone learning and we need some theoretical and applicatory knowledge to practice cells phone learning in Iran.
