Özet: Micro-computer Based Laboratory (MBL) systems are relatively new for Turkish Physics Education. Computer, sensors and interface are three main components of MBL. Sensors collect data and interface translates the signal to the form which computer draws a graph. At the beginning of the study, we had introduced MBL system to five pre-service physics teachers and explain a biological structure; muscles. Their model was designed with spring, distance sensor, some wires, power supply and different masses. In biological model, muscles move after an electrical signal. They tried to make model with physics experiment similar to working principle of muscles. This study was focused on the difficulties which the model developers faced and aims to report how they overcame the problems. When they had changed the voltage, sensor detected a distance change and they observed this changed on a graph. This interdisciplinary experience and the procedure were recorded to analyze. It was interesting for the pre-service physics teachers to work with MBL about interdisciplinary subject; the model they developed was working.
