Using blackboard-like software for coupling SaaS

Özet: SaaS approach was used, until now, as a software deployment methodolgy, as it provides economic advantages for both programming companies and their clients. But, SaaS could represent an important artifact for programming new software, as well. Building on what others, already created and tested, could mean evolution. To demonstrate our theory we propose a blackboard-like application which couples a modeling tool and a simulation tool. We approach this task considering that one tool can use the other's output as an input for its own algorithm. Nevertheless, we emphasize the benefits of building upon SaaS, compared to classical programming paradigm.
