Özet: The purpose of the study is to explore the technology acceptance of salespeople depending upon elements of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in terms of the adaptive selling and personal innovativeness within the framework of the relationships and effects. In this study which is descriptive research, hypotheses were tested using survey data that was collected from medicine companies of salespeople who work in Adana. According to the results of the study, all the research hypotheses were supported. The results of study were discussed, and suggestions were provided for managerial and future research.
