Özet: Nowadays, re-configurable computing technology is one of the most important subjects of a great deal of research areas in computer hardware and becoming gradually more attractive for many useful applications. It is a new computing technology for achieving reliability and high performance on software in addition more flexibly in hardware. Simulations of re-configurable computers refer to simulated environments on chip. Molecular dynamics, bio-molecular simulations and others are various different of simulation methods in this area that contain computing the forces, updating the positions and velocities and etc. Hence, in this paper we pay attentions to simulation types on reconfigurable computing and re-configurable computers in research regions applied microprocessors specially, with an overview on re-configurable computing are described generally. Finally, for each category a discussion of the suitability of simulations is proposed. The results of review conducted illustrate that these methods very efficacious in real-time computing applications
