Özet: The paper will consider, on one hand, the description of the need to use SAS's in different areas of economic activity and on the other hand, the presentation of advanced data processing methods based on different intelligent techniques for analyzing multidimensional data. Given that exports and GDP are the main macroeconomic indicators that guide the national economy, we must study the interaction between them, but also with other economic variables such as interest rate and exchange rate. Thus, the analysis will be reflected in modeling causal relations by ACP technique (principal component analysis), cluster analysis, factor analysis, analysis of co integration relations, VAR modeling (autoregressive vector models). In this context, the paper will highlight the practical applicability of the SAS, by analyzing relationships between above indicators at the macroeconomic level.
