Anahtar Kelimeler:Labour law,HR Systems
Özet: Information systems that operate with labour-law data (e.g. employees' personal data, wages and salaries) (so called HR systems) are in the Czech legal environment quite tightly bound with legal rules. Although it may seem that as a labour-law (private law) institute their leading principle shall be “everything shall be permitted, what shall not be forbidden by law”. There are many connections to public law and also the specific character of Czech labour law contributing to the direct dependence of HR systems on legal rules. The paper tries to give an overview of legal acts that are connected to HR systems. In many cases these acts also define and destine the structure and functions of such systems.
