Özet: Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) are major functionalities in data warehousing. Lack of component distribution and interoperability are the main problems in the ETL area, because ETL components are tightly-coupled in the traditional ETL framework.  [1,2] have shown how to distribute the Extraction, Transformation and Loading components. Furthermore, it was shown how interoperability can be applied to those distributed ETL components using Service Oriented Architecture. This paper shows how the new ETL framework is validated by a prototype that is based on the new ETL framework. In addition, it shows how three case studies were conducted for the purpose of evaluating the prototype of this research that validates the new ETL framework in real data warehouse environments. The case studies were conducted using the data of three different organizations that adopt data warehouse solutions for the purpose of generating statistical reports. The observed results of conducting the case studies have proved that the new framework enables the distribution and interoperability among the ETL components.
