Özet: The Proposed Software Development Process Improvement (SPDI) framework was developed based on the Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development Version 1.2 (CMMI-DEV1.2) as a Software Process Improvement (SPI) model and the Extended eXtreme Programming (Ex-XP) as a software development method. This framework is aimed to help the Small Software Development Firms (SSDFs) in managing and improving the software developments activities in a systemic way. In order to ensure that the proposed framework is compatible to CMMI-DEV1.2 key process areas and suitable for small software firms, there is a need to verify the compatibility of the proposed framework to the specific goals of CMMI-DEV1.2 key process areas, taking into account the suitability of the framework components for SSDFs. This paper presents the verification process which was conducted through focus group method using  Delphi technique.
