Özet: The analysis of business processes gradually becomes an integral part of modern business. It is a means that allows us to describe and understand its internal structure and behaviour. The environment of permanent competitive pressure requires businesses to be able to adapt to changing market conditions, or even change its organizational structure and production processes due to the need to satisfy customers' need the best way.  Thinking about the mobility of the processes and the transfer of elements of the processes into mobile use has a significant impact on the structure of the processes, supporting technologies and changes in organization and management of the processes. The main difference is deciding what data should be accessible from which end device with consideration to the effectiveness of the mobile device as well as the management of the mobile processes. Transformation of processes into their mobile counterparts is usually focused on selected individual activities (parts of) the process.The article describes the use of models of mobile access and also relies on the results of own research.The results of the issue were made between the years of 2008 - 2010, under the grant by the Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GACR), project No. 402/08/1046 “Models of Businesses with a Mobile-Oriented Architecture”, realized at the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Kralove.
