Özet: The participation of citizens in the public life is the very heart of the democracy. Ideas, suggestions and projects about the needs of communities must emerge from the below in an active manner and influence the choices of institutional decision makers in an inclusive democratic process. The e-democracy is a modernization and reorganization of public administrations for a greater efficiency and transparency of the public services in electronic modality (e-government). Nowadays the process of the implementation of a participative democracy could exploit web 2.0 tools (wiki, chat, blog, forum) in a context of service oriented architecture. In the paper a platform 2.0 for e-democracy services is described in detail
