Özet: The paper focuses on the ICT-supported process of instruction in higher education reflecting individual learning styles. The topic is structured into two parts: (1) describing and analyzing the process of ICT-implementation in higher education under six criteria from the point of chronology, the learning management system used, establishing special department managing the e-learning activities, academic staff training and evaluation of the e-learning products designed by the academic staff and applied in the process of instruction at Czech universities, and (2) providing an example of research activities running in this field at the University of Hradec Kralove, Czech Republic.
