Özet: The paper describes the designing, programming and implementing of a didactic software – as an alternative teaching method in management studies. The study focuses on three main arguments: decision making as subject of study at BS and MS level, the computer interface design in order to give a real added-value to the teaching process and a preliminary analysis of learning results. The main result of the work is the computer application and its’ usefulness in teaching. The dedicated software is in use while continuously improving. The results reflected in the evaluation of the learning process prove its usefulness.
