Özet: This paper is concentrated on the projection of a knowledge management system for virtual organizations that uses architecture of intelligent agents that allow the representation and processing of very sophisticated databases, without the application being too big or neglecting the engineering problems that may occur in terms of the network or gaps in the real-time communication process. Furthermore, such a system establishes the fundamental demands, defines the level of the organization of knowledge and allows – at any moment – the correct identification of the managerial strategies appropriate for the virtual organization in the ever-changing business environment.
