Özet: The aim of this article is to present an alternative approach to the ANP evaluation of criteria weights under dependence and feedback. This approach is based both on Saaty’s eigenvalue method and the use of fuzzy cognitive maps depicting a network structure among criteria. The method is computationally simple and more natural than ANP approach. Moreover, the software implementation of the proposed method called Decision Adviser is demonstrated. Decision Adviser is a free MS Excel add-in and can be downloaded from http://www.opf.slu.cz/kmme/da/. The use of Decision Adviser is demonstrated on an example dealing with a selection of a car with five interacting criteria, a comparison with ANP is provided as well. Decision Adviser can be used by managers, researchers or students, as it can be a helpful tool for multi-criteria decision making with dependence and feedback in many areas of human action.
