Özet: The paper is focused on the field of the small and middle enterprises, corporate and municipal accounts in the Czech Republic and its costs. Czech market of these accounts is not that competitive as markets abroad yet. Traditional large institutions have very strong position in this segment as well as in the retail core banking services. This situation allows them to keep high level incomes from bank charges. In the article ongoing project of comparator of fees for small and middle enterprises, corporate and municipal accounts is presented. The paper is written from the customer point of view. This is useful for subjects that want to optimalize the expenditures for bank services. The chosen model of the comparator of fees of business accounts is described by Business process modeling method.
