Özet: In all management systems, it is of primary importance to control all the internal documents (procedures, instructions, etc.) as well as those coming from outside (standards, regulation, customer, information, etc.). Information management within industry is a subject of competitiveness between many companies. In recent years, industrial information management has witnessed an enormous growth in terms of methodological researches related to information control and management. The aim of this paper is to show the advantage of controlling the industrial information risk using anticipative approach based on: the informational auditing, characterization of the informational risk, and the deployment of prevention and/or protection barriers. These three stages are supported by a tree structured method for better formalizing: failures, threats, actions, tracking and control. To illustrate the proposed approach, the mastering of informational risk for the sake of industrial procedures improvement will be the specific application to our approach.
