Özet: AUC up to 0.988 when linear support vector machines algorithm is used. A number of studies analyzed how old technology improves its technical performance or rate of innovation after technological change. This paper analyzes how Information Technology (IT) supports the survival and improves the performances of old declining technology and products after technological change. The paper reports an illustrative case study: the vinyl emulator for Disc Jockeys (DJs). This product is composed by hardware and software by which analogue turntables improve their performances after the emergence of digital music. The establishment of interoperability between IT and old products is the key condition in order to achieve this goal.
