Özet: This paper describes the results of the research project Innovative Methods of Perforance Analysis of Database Servers within the innovation project which was carried out by company AG COM C. and MF SERVIS Ltd. in collaboration with the University of Hradec Kralove, together operating in association HIT cluster. The project focuses on review of innovative methods of performance analysis of the database with using of modelling of data mining. The aim of this article is to present the expert rules to identify bottlenecs in the setting of server hardware, operating syste, custom database applications. Perform audit of existing database with using expert rules allows immediate evaluation of server status, identification of the problem and correction of it. Determining weaknesses cannot be based on one counter, but for evaluation combination of several counters of solvers it is necessary.
