Özet: The problem of knowledge acquisition for the construction of Decision-Making Support Systems (DMSS) is considered. Distributed cognitive resources (experts) and natural-language texts are proposed to be used as sources of knowledge. Combined approach consisting of two stages is proposed: the construction of knowledge ontologies obtained from distributed experts; the processing of non-formalized knowledge sources. The source of non-formalized knowledge is a natural-language text (in Russian). Text processing is performed with using the linguistic analysis, including the semantic analysis. Semantic analysis is performed with using the constructed ontologies that allow to specify semantic similarity of concepts. Combination of the knowledge acquisition method from distributed sources and natural language text analysis method can extend the range of sources for constructing the knowledge base of DMSS.
