Özet: The globalization of the economy and the liberalization of the trade markets have formulated new conditions in the market place which are characterized by instability and intensive competition in the business environment. Competition is continuously increasing with respect to price, quality and selection, service and promptness of delivery. Removal of barriers, international cooperation, technological innovations cause competition to intensify. All these changes impose the need for organizational transformation, where the entire processes, organisation climate and organisation structure are changed. As a result, many find themselves faced with the prospect of having to learn, plan, implement and successfully conduct a real reengineering management process. The research described in this paper begins with a review of the relevant literature to examine the role of IT redesign in technological process. The aim of the case study was to investigate how IT redesign is integrated in management process of quality improvement.
