Özet: The aim of the study is to present a survey of open technologies, built on JavaScript, which will help to create a development framework for rich internet applications. The study lays the foundation of the new development framework based on other common open source frameworks. Worth of these technologies is based on their usefulness for a medium-sized development team. Information is drawn primarily from internet presentations and documentation of common open source libraries and frameworks. The article briefly describes the default JavaScript characteristics that serve as the evaluation criteria of the frameworks and libraries and recommend proper use of each surveyed library. Based on data gathered by survey the suitable libraries were chosen for suggested framework. The most interesting parts of the suggested framework are described in this study. It is especially construction of structure tree from a URL address and structure fragments.
