Özet: The paper presents results of the four-year research of communication in online courses of English for students of Informatics and Financial Management running in the LMS Blackboard. The research focuses on the frequency and content of communication which appeared (or not) when assignments were submitted to tutor´s evaluation. The data were researched from the point of changes within the three-year course of study, and differences in study programmes by the method of virtual observation and analysed according to 14 criteria. The received results proved differences in communication of Informatics and Financial Management students.
